The first Panther of the week is going to Kooper Jacobi from the men’s basketball team.
The graduate forward from Sellarsburg, Indiana, recorded a double-double on Saturday in the team’s 82-74 loss to Lindenwood.
Jacobi scored 20 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Panthers in both categories.
Jacobi was one of four players in double figures for the Panthers, who fell to 2-6 on the season and 0-1 in the Ohio Valley Conference.
The second Panther of the Week is going to Zach Clark from the men’s swim team.
The senior from Willis, Texas, won two events during the team’s senior day meet against Indianapolis.
Clark won the men’s 100-yard freestyle with a pool- and program-record time of 44.31 seconds. He also won the men’s 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1 minute and 44.45 seconds.
The team as a whole lost 176-86.
