The female Panther of the Week is going to Catalina Rochaix from the volleyball team.

The senior setter from Cordoba, Argentina registered, 84 assists across both games against Morehead State.

Rochaix was also productive defensively totaling a season-high 15 digs and five blocks in Friday’s game.

Rochaix was named the setter of the week by the OVC for the second-consecutive week and fourth time this season.

The Panthers extended their winning streak to 12 games, which marks the second longest in the program’s Division I era and longest since the rally scoring era began in 2001.

The male Panther of the Week is going to Terry McMorris from the men’s basketball team.

The sophomore forward from Oklahoma City made his first career start as a Panther in Friday’s 99-53 loss to No. 8 Kentucky.

McMorris played a career-high 32 minutes and scored career-high 18 points to lead the Panthers.

The Panthers lost two straight games last week. On Tuesday, Eastern lost 78-58 to Notre Dame after trailing by three points at halftime.
