    The Cook’s Take:

The process Verge Editor, Stacy Smith, took to make BBQ chicken pizza

As pizza being an all-time favorite meal, it was time for something a little different from the ordinary.

The recipe was simple to make and the only difficulty I found was rolling out the pizza crust without a rolling pin.

(Maybe I should be doing more pull-ups instead of making recipes each week.)

To make it easier, I used a glass to help roll out the dough evenly.

I would recommend starting the recipe early so you’re not hungry waiting for it to cook.

The chicken takes 40 minutes to cook, but doesn’t need to be watched much…just make sure the water doesn’t overflow in the pan and stir it around every so often.

The pizza is also a great meal to make when cooking for multiple people.

Although it’s very filling, make sure you have extra because they’ll be going back for seconds.

The pizza also keeps if it gets refrigerated overnight. But I wouldn’t wait longer than that to make it.

After making this, you may not want to call for delivery ever again.
