Sue Remmers, a caretaker and tour guide at Ashmore Estates, said one of her scarier experiences in the building was when she saw a full-body apparition. "I have been investigating here, and other places, for 10 years..." Remmers said, "I couldn't describe in detail, it was female, and had on a nurse's uniform but the older style, and she just, I just saw her go up the floor and down the across the hallway. It looked like she was just going from room to room."
