Flamm Orchards hires around 130 to 150 workers per season to plant, tend to and process crops for thousands of families. Flamm Orchards is one of many farms in cooperation with Illinois’ statewide program to curb hunger and help stock food banks. Nixon+leads+team+to+program-defining+win

Senior guard Ta’Kenya Nixon goes for the final layup of the game against UT Martin in The Nashville Municipal Auditorium Friday, March 8, 2012. Nixon missed the shot and caught the rebound but wasn’t able to get another shot off before the game ended. Eastern lost to UT Martin 71-69. Nixon broke the Eastern record for total career points on Wednesday during the Panthers winning game against Missouri. Nixon has scored a total of 1,907 points in her career at Eastern.

Nixon leads team to program-defining win

A team down on its luck almost two weeks ago made history Wednesday night by beating Missouri in the first round of the Women’s National Invitation Tournament.
