Members of the Eastern Illinois University ROTC Panther Battalion listen to their preflight safety instructions Thursday afternoon on the intramural softball fields. Two helicopters flown by members of Company A of the Army National Guard’s First Battalion 106th Aviation Division, based in Decatur, visited Eastern to give the students a chance to ride in the aircraft.
