A program on the wealth of materials available for educators to utilize in their classrooms will be presented tonight by Valerie Keener, representative from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.

Phi Delta Kappa, a professional education association, is sponsoring the program.The Eastern chapter has members from throughout the East Central Illinois area.

In the program, Keener will emphasize that some of the materials are free, a press release stated.

The Eastern Illinois University Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa will meet tonight at 6 p.m. in Buzzard Auditorium to offer the program on available educational material.

The program will be preceded by an open executive board meeting at 5 p.m. in the EC/ELE/MLE Conference Room.
