Members of the Charleston Fire Department finish putting out the fire the north side of the house after a fire took out approximately half of the house at 102 North 12 Street leaving three residents displaced Tuesday evening. Authorities arrived on scene a little after four oclock and Mattoon Fire Department also provided additional resources.
