Decorations and festivities surrounded the square at Christmas in the Heart of Charleston on Dec. 4. This event consisted of a parade, games and activities and performances by choirs and the Eastern Color Guard.

Homecoming King and Queen Jerimiah Boyd-Johnson, a senior political science major, and Jacqueline Williams, a senior kinesiology major are honored with the rest of the Homecoming Court. Homecoming Coronation held Monday night in the MLK Union Grand Ballroom. Williams said when it was announced that she won, she couldn’t believe she had won and that she stood there shocked for a moment.
