Panthers of the Week: Addison Brown, Adam Swanson

The female Panther of the Week is going to Addison Brown from the tennis team.

The senior from Evansville, Indiana, won both her doubles match and singles match against the University of Southern Indiana on Friday afternoon during the OVC tournament.

Along with Brown’s doubles partner, sophomore Jemma Booth, the two one their doubles match 6-4 against Antonia Ferrarini and Sofia Davidoff.

Brown also beat USI’s Lauren Rowe in two sets, both of the sets ending in a 6-3 win for Brown.

The male Panther of the Week is going to Adam Swanson from the track and field team.

The senior distance runner from Carpentersville finished in first place in the 800-meter race at the Indiana State Invite.

Swanson finished with a time of 1:52.51.
