Abigial Stites, a hospitality and tourism senior, manages the back of “The Cafe” located in Klehm Hall during lunch rush Thursday afternoon. Stites was manager for the kitchen and was in charge of recipes this week. This week The Cafe was serving cheese enchiladas, Mexican street corn, salad and chicken tortilla soup.
