Tonya Morton, an employee of the Charleston Carnegie Public Library, teaches people how to use coffee filters to craft into flowers at the Rotary Room B Tuesday evening.

She said people can make peonies and poppies out of dyed coffee filters during this activity and bring their flowers home after they finish.
