Eastern’s Annuitants Association will host Sarah Livesay, Executive Director of Grand Prairie Friends, on March 25.

Livesay will speak about land trusts and the role they play in Coles County. 

Grand Prairie Friends is an organization which currently protects over 1,200 acres of land in Coles County in an attempt to protect endangered species and habitats.

They also offer around ten miles of hiking trails to the public.
