The Council on Academic Affairs will vote on 11 items during their meeting Thursday at 2:30 p.m. in the 4440 room of Booth Library.

The items include a new concentration, one revised major, one new minor, seven new courses and one revised course.

Seven on the items are music related, including the new concentration and minor.

The new concentration and minor will focus on music technology, the concentration focusing on audio and recording technology.

The new courses will go to support the new concentration and minor, including classes in music business, recording technologies, and an internship in music technology. The remaining four items deal with human services, criminology and kinesiology. Academic Affairs committee members and a General Education Coordinator open session are on the agenda to be discussed.
