The Charleston Fire Department responded to a structure fire at Hidden Treasures Resale located on 5th Street on Sunday at 5:33 p.m.

The building, which also had an auto storage in the back, was filled with heavy smoke when crews arrived, according to a press release from the CFD.

According to the press release, the fire escalated to a second alarm, which brought more personnel and equipment to the scene.

The business sustained heavy fire and smoke damage but the auto shop only sustained smoke damage.

No one was in the building at the time of the fire and it is currently under investigation.
