Matthew Nafziger, 18, of 437 Johnson St., Carlinville, IL was arrested at Taylor Hall at 5:20 a.m. Tuesday and charged with Criminal Damage to State Supported Property. Nafziger was released to the custody of the Coles County Sheriff’s office at 5:58am pending court appearance to determine bond.

On Monday, a private-property accident occurred in E Lot. No citations were issued.
