A private property accident occurred at 10:26 a.m. Monday in the 2000 block of Seventh Street. Kayla Jackson, 24, of Bartlett, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and driving with a suspended license and was released with a notice to appear.

A harassment complaint was taken at 4:41 p.m. Monday near Booth Library. The incident is under investigation.
