Blueberry Scones
Enjoy these extra tender blueberry scones, made with cake flour or soft winter wheat. They are delicious served with lemon curd and freshly whipped cream.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups cake flour (NOT self-rising)
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 6 tablespoons cold butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- Raw sugar for sprinkling (optional)
