Ard said hes working on general education classes at Lake Land College and Eastern so he can catch up on courses and get into higher level classes in the fall. He added that he hopes to get a local job once he graduates.

Kaitlyn Wilson, a junior in high school, works at Plush Boutique in the square Tuesday afternoon. Wilson said she loves working at the boutique and wants to own a small boutique someday. She added that shes made a few mistakes but shes learning a lot about small businesses while working there.

Morecraft said her job at the bookstore includes customer service, working with the website, and assisting incoming freshman with laptop preorders to complete her practicum. She added that she likes having more freedoms in the workspace and likes meeting the incoming freshman.

Daniel Cordeor looks for the movie Mad Max in The Corner Spot at the square Monday afternoon. Cordeor is an avid movie watcher and collector; he said he has over 400 DVDs and around 30 Blue-Rays. His collection is mainly movie series and movies from his childhood and hes looking for Mad Max because he has the rest of the series. Cordeor added that his favorite movie series in his collection are Alien vs Predator and Fast and Furious. He has both series on DVD, except for the 9th Fast and Furious movie, which he plans on getting once it comes out.
