The annual Lions in Winter Festival hosted by the Eastern English Department will be held via Zoom Feb. 4 at 5 p.m.

This year’s guest is poet Joan Kane, who is of Inupiaq descent and a native of Anchorage, Alaska. Her work often deals with her ancestral roots and threats to her ancestral community.
