1. City Council gives $2,400 to pickleball tournament

2. BSU hosts ‘Speak your piece’ in Lumpkin Hall

The Black Student Union held an event in Lumpkin Hall Tuesday night titled “Speak your Piece.” The event intended to give students a free space to talk about their experiences with racial discrimination. 3. Reporters to give talk on Champaign kidnapping

Eastern faculty member Joe Astrouski, formerly at WAND-TV, and Ben Zigterman of the News-Gazette, will be speaking Wednesday night in the Doudna Fine Arts Center about the kidnapping of University of Illinois Yingying Zhang. 4. Student Senate to vote on new RSO

Eastern’s Student Senate will vote on the creation of the Study Abroad Club, a new RSO, at its meeting Wednesday night.
