A free lecture, “Inside Illinois Government and Politics” will be hosted in the Buzzard Hall Auditorium Monday at 7 p.m.

The speaker for the event will be Rich Miller, the founder, publisher and editor of Capitol Fax.

The event is a part of the Edgar Speaker Series.

According to a flyer for the event, Miller’s experience reporting on government is top-quality.

“One of the most knowledgeable and insightful reporters on government and political affairs in Illinois, Miller’s blog (capitolfax.com) is considered a daily must-read by capitol insiders and observers,” the flyer reads.

Students of all majors are encouraged to attend.
