Nick Delener, the interim dean of business at Indiana University East, makes an appearance at the Martin Luther King Jr. University Union for an open interview session Tuesday afternoon for the dean of Lumpkin College of Business and Technology. Delener begins by introducing himself to the audience and later recounts his 18 years as a dean. Some of of his major accomplishments that he touches on include: developing 5 Year Strategic Plans, generating over a million dollars worth of financial resources, and increasing enrollment.
