Shelley Epperson, a Mattoon resident, holds up a sign that says “No one is above the law!” during the Rapid Response Protest Thursday night at Morton Park. This was a part of a large amount protests throughout the country by the Nobody is Above the Law Network. The protest is against President Donald Trump’s recent appointment of acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker.
