Make fast friends in Tarble Tuesday

Staff Report

A person’s first thought when hearing the term speed friending might be, “what is that?” At 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, they will be able to find out. The Tarble Arts Center is housing its latest Tarble Talkback project, Speed Friending. This event is open to the public.

There will be ice breakers as well as other activities for the participants to engage in at The Tarble Arts Tables, built by Heather Hart, co-founder of The Black Lunch Table. This is part of The Preach Project: Tarble Tables. According to its Facebook page, Tarble Talkbacks are open-forum opportunities for students, faculty, staff and the Charleston community to share ideas, feedback and sound off.
