Boredom can strike at the best possible time. No, seriously. You can be sitting in a lecture when suddenly you are so bored that you don’t know what to do with yourself.
Honestly, what do you do in that situation? You know you were up the night before and you woke up early for work.
You know it is rude to sleep while you are in a lecture or at a meeting, and you just get so bored and tired that you don’t know what to do.
First, you should probably get more sleep if you are sitting in you class wondering how in the world you are about to get through the dense lecture before you to go take a nap.
The main point here is to get sleep before class. Don’t stay up and try to watch the most recent episode of “Grey’s Anatomy” or eagerly waiting for the new episode of Walking Dead or cheering on Taylor Swift after the Grammys.
Regardless, it is so much easier to get things done as long as you try and stay focused while you are trying to get an assignment done.
Sleep is the essence of life, and we all have the opportunity to make the word we live in the best possible can if we are full of life and energy. How can we do that if we are always tired?
