Coles County under winter storm warning (Updated)

The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Winter Storm Warning for 17 Illinois counties in east central Illinois including Coles County starting at 6 p.m. Friday night.
The warning, set to expire 6 p.m. Saturday, is in anticipation of heavy snow with accumulations of 4-7 inches during the over-night hours.
Only absolutely necessary travel is recommended, along with storing food, water and a flashlight in your vehicle.
The Illinois Department of Transportation advised in a tweet that road conditions will deteriorate as the night goes on.

The Hazardous Weather Outlook anticipates wind chill values of at least -15 degrees late Sunday night into Monday morning.
