Blotter: theft at physical science, electronic harassment at biological science buildings

A theft was said to have occurred at the Physical Science Building on Wednesday at 10:34 a.m. This incident is under investigation.

An electronic harassment, said to have occurred on Thursday at 11:16 a.m., was reported at the Biological Sciences Building.  This incident is under investigation.

Andre Williams Jr., 20, of 20, 2222 9th St. 104, Charleston,was arrested at the intersection of 9th St. and Roosevelt Dr. on a failure to appear warrant on Thursday. He was released to the custody of the Coles County Sheriff’s Office at 3:01pm pending 10 percent of $1000 bond.
